針對新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，廣東省于1月23日啟動了突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件一級應(yīng)急響應(yīng)。惠州市政府高度重視，統(tǒng)一部署，各項疫情防控工作有序展開。您的健康和信心對我們來說至關(guān)重要。在此，我們向在惠州的各位外籍人士提出如下倡議：

　　一、關(guān)注權(quán)威信息。請關(guān)注惠州市衛(wèi)生健康局“健康惠州”等官方媒體微信公眾號，獲取新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方通報及惠州市救治定點醫(yī)院名單和防治指引措施等信息，或致電市民服務(wù)熱線12345進行咨詢。不信謠不傳謠。

　　二、加強自我防護。保持良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣，注意手衛(wèi)生，勤洗手。咳嗽、打噴嚏時務(wù)必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻，不隨地吐痰，廢棄口罩按規(guī)定規(guī)范投放。適當(dāng)開窗通風(fēng)，注意保持室內(nèi)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。避免接觸任何野生動物或禽類動物，肉類和蛋類請徹底煮熟后食用。

　　三、盡量減少外出。盡量避免前往人員密集的場所，盡量減少聚會聚餐等集體活動。若必須前往，請正確佩戴口罩，首選醫(yī)用外科口罩。若出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽、胸悶、乏力等癥狀，須佩戴口罩到我市正規(guī)醫(yī)院的發(fā)熱門診就診。

　　四、參與聯(lián)防聯(lián)控。如果您抵惠前14天內(nèi)到訪過疫情高發(fā)的湖北等地區(qū)，或最近14天內(nèi)曾接觸過疫情高發(fā)地區(qū)的來惠人員，應(yīng)當(dāng)及時向當(dāng)?shù)丶膊☆A(yù)防控制機構(gòu)或指定部門報告，并密切關(guān)注自身的身體狀況，居家休息，減少外出。如果有政府、社區(qū)工作人員、醫(yī)務(wù)人員詢問您的情況，請您積極配合他們的工作。

　　A Letter to All Expats in Huizhou

　　In response to the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Guangdong Province has activated a Level I public health emergency response since 23rd January. The Huizhou Municipal People's Government has mobilized resources and is engaging in prevention and control efforts. Your health and confidence are important to us, so we are reaching out to you. We recommend the following practices to all of Huizhou’s international residents:

　　I. Do not trust false and unverified information. Use official updates instead. Follow “Huizhou Health” (the official WeChat account run by Bureau of Health of Huizhou Municipality) and other official WeChat accounts for the most recent updates. Check out the list of designated hospitals in Huizhou, and look for prevention and treatment guides. If you have any questions, please call the inquiry hotline: 12345.

　　II. Increase prevention and self-protection. Keep good hygiene by washing your hands often with soap or alcohol-based sanitizer. Cover a cough or sneeze with a tissue or your flexed elbow. No spitting. Dispose of used masks appropriately. Maintain proper ventilation and keep rooms clean. Avoid close contact with wild animals or birds; eggs and meat must be thoroughly cooked before consumption.

　　III. Minimize outdoor activities. Avoid crowded places, parties and group activities. Correctly wear a mask (preferably, a surgical mask) if you have to go and attend one. If you have mild to severe respiratory symptoms of fever, cough, breathing difficulty, or fatigue, please go to a designated hospital with a mask on.

　　IV. Join in our mass prevention and control efforts. If you have been to the infected areas such as Hubei Province and returned to Huizhou within 14 days, or if you contacted people who are from the epidemic area, please monitor your health condition closely, stay at home, and timely report to local Disease Control authorities or designated departments. Please cooperate with government or community personnel or medical staff if they inquire about your condition.
